I have made it my mission to help people come into their strength and increase their mental well-being. This enables them to identify and prevent the potential risk of burnout in good time. We focus on your personality and current situation, and work out suitable strategies so that you can tank up on energy with mental strength, deal well with stress, avoid burnout and achieve your goals.
As a mental coach, I support companies in ensuring that their top performers recognize the danger of burnout at an early stage. With appropriate methods, they can build their mental strength and well-being to achieve their goals and cope well with the challenges of everyday work.
For this purpose I offer workshops where your employees can identify the danger of burnout and learn first exercises to reduce stress.
In addition, I offer mental training customized for the needs of your company and your employees.
Did you know that about 42% of the population in Austria is at risk of burnout? I have experienced burnout myself and know what it is like to be "down" physically and mentally. My mission is therefore to help as many people as possible to avert this danger at an early stage.
