This summer the ensemble of the Waidhofner Volksbühne proved mental strength. Here, everyone in front of and behind the stage showed nerves of steel, as there were no coordinated procedures and such comödienes live from the right timing of the actions and the punchlines.

In our everyday life, mental strength helps us to act in stressful or challenging situations the way we actually want to act.

With mental strength you always keep a cool head even if things don’t go as planned. Everyday heroes who give first aid to an injured person, even though the last first aid course was too long ago, are mentally strong.
